Questions about billing
What counts as a check?+
One call to the classify endpoint. Feedback, usage and key management calls are free. Fast-mode calls and a later full-mode re-check of the same submission count as two.
What happens when I reach my monthly allowance?+
The API answers 402 for that key until the month rolls over or you upgrade. Follow the fail-open pattern in the docs and your forms keep delivering; you only lose the filtering until the limit resets. We email you at 80 %.
Can I change or cancel at any time?+
Yes, from the dashboard. Upgrades apply immediately. Cancellations drop you to the Free plan right away; there are no contracts on monthly billing.
How do you bill?+
By card through Creem, our merchant of record, monthly or yearly in US dollars. Yearly billing is two months free. VAT is handled for you and receipts arrive by email; invoices and your payment method live in the customer portal.
Do you offer a data-processing agreement?+
Yes, on Platform and Scale. Send us the details of your entity and we return a signed DPA.
