Enterprise self-hosting

Run spamex inside your own infrastructure, with the same model, updates and support as the hosted service.

The hosted API at api.spamex.dev is the right choice for almost everyone: nothing to run, and the cross-site memory that makes the filter better every day. Some organisations cannot send form submissions to a third party at all, or need the service inside a specific region or network. For them there are two options: the Dedicated plan, a private deployment in the region of your choice that we run and update (see pricing), or self-hosting inside your own infrastructure as an enterprise arrangement, described below.

What you get

  • The complete service as a container image: rules, the classifier, the second-opinion stage (with your own language-model key or without it), the admin panel, the API and the platform-key features.
  • Runs on a single small VM (1 vCPU, 1 GB RAM) with SQLite, or against your Postgres. One process, no other infrastructure.
  • Model updates as new image versions, on the same cadence as the hosted service.
  • A data-processing agreement, a security review summary, and a support contact.

The cross-site memory is the main thing you give up. On your own forms the rules, the classifier and your feedback still do most of the work.

Requirements

  • Docker or any OCI runtime, and a reverse proxy for TLS (Caddy, Traefik, nginx).
  • Optional: a Gemini API key for the second-opinion stage, and a Postgres database instead of SQLite.
  • A commercial agreement: self-hosting is offered on annual terms sized by volume.

Request a demo with your expected volume and hosting environment and we will come back with terms and an evaluation image.
