Removes the retained text (if the key retains raw text), the hashed sender identifiers, and your site’s fingerprints for that record. A hashed audit row remains so that usage counts and the shared index stay consistent; it contains nothing that identifies a person.

Only ids from your own key are accepted; anything else is 404. Deleting an id twice returns 404 the second time.
